This webinar introduces the H+T Index, a tool developed by the Center for Neighborhood Technology that is helping illuminate the hidden costs of unsustainable development. The H+T Index documents the transportation costs associated with a home’s location for 337 U.S. metropolitan areas by pricing the tradeoffs between housing and transportation costs that buyers and renters make when choosing where to live.
