DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT – WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOES NOT – FREE Program by Downtown New Jersey

June 17, 2011 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Using Morristown’s heralded Epstein’s Redevelopment project as a back drop, this informative and interactive session will review important elements that lead to a successful downtown redevelopment project. Discussions will include planning, approvals and construction, so no matter what stage of the process your community finds itself in – this program will assist you in crossing the finish line.

A special presentation by the Executive Director of the new Mixed Use Development (MXD) branch of the New Jersey Builder’s Association will also be included.

Please plan to stay for a guided tour of this impressive redevelopment area spanning two city blocks.
