June 17, 2011 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

With the renewed federal focus on fostering regional innovation clusters (RICs), geographic concentrations of firms and industries that do business with each other and have common needs for talent, technology, and infrastructure, planners across the nation are seeking to understand how to translate the concept of clusters into actual sustainable local economic growth.
