Super Storm Sandy caused billions of dollars of damage along the Jersey shore. In order to spur rebuilding the State and Federal government has provided a massive amount of funds to municipalities. Attached to these funds is a host of rules and regulations. This seminar will review how the State of New Jersey, HUD, and FEMA are funding the rebuilding effort and discuss these legal requirements.
