ULI Northern New Jersey Sixth Annual Land Use Awards Dinner

We cordially invite to join ULI Northern New Jersey as we pay tribute to the winners of the 2010 Sixth Annual Land Use Awards at a celebratory cocktail reception on Wednesday evening, December 8, 2010.

The purpose of these awards is to recognize leadership in public policy and achievement of the full scope of the development process: design, planning, community development and involvement, construction, economic viability, marketing, management and sustainability. Recipients, whether projects or people, must be shown to have accomplishments aligned with the ULI NNJ’s mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of land by creating sustaining, thriving communities as well as furthering the goals of the NJ State Development and Redevelopment Plan.

We are pleased to announce this year’s Award winners:

Project of the Year- Crystal Point Condominiums, Jersey City, NJ
Special Project of the Year- Union City High School, Union City, NJ
Redevelopment Project of the Year-Central Valley Redevelopment Arts Area (HANDS)
Public Official of the Year-Robert Ceberio, Executive Director NJ Meadowlands Commission
The Edward J. Bloustein Award for Exemplary Achievement in Civic Leadership & Outstanding Educator of the Year  – Dean James Hughes, Rutgers University
