The New Jersey Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council (Highlands Council) is soliciting proposals consisting of a Statement of Qualifications, Technical Proposal, and Rate Schedule & Budget from consultants with varied expertise in municipal land use and master planning, climate change, and climate change hazard vulnerability assessments.
The City of Asbury Park is seeking a land use planner/zoning officer for plan and ordinance review in a very dynamic municipal planning department. Duties include the review of working plans of proposed improvements for compliance with zoning laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations and to conduct field work to ensure compliance with regulations.
