Webinar: Fundamentals of Redevelopment Agreements (CM | 1.5)

This webcast will discuss the uses of and limitations on development incentive agreements applicable to various redevelopment mechanisms (tax increment financing, special taxing districts, tax abatement etc.) and practical aspects of redevelopment project financing and implementation. Participants will learn how to draft and use development agreements to: meet redevelopment objectives, assure timely developer performance, provide for temporary and permanent project financing, and avoid or reduce risks. The Missouri Chapter is hosting this session for Law CM Credit.
