Hosted by APA New York Metro

The NY Metro Area has experienced and bounced back from several generational crises over the past two decades. From September 11th to Superstorm Sandy, our region has time and again displayed resiliency in both the immediate response and longer-term recovery to a wide range of crises. The planning profession and the APA have both played a pivotal role in shaping and facilitating efforts to address these challenging times, and we once again have both an opportunity and responsibility to support local communities in the face of crisis. This webinar will impart best practices and lessons learned for our members, our profession, and our communities as we grapple with how to address the dual crises of a health pandemic and economic downturn due to COVID-19 through an equity lens.
