The New Jersey Builders Association is pleased to offer the seminar, “Site Remediation – Your Basic Toolkit,” at Woodward & Curran (East Windsor).

Topics to be addressed include:

Working with NJDEP and LSRPs in the changed site remediation landscape;
LSRP Responsibilities and Oversight;
Practical considerations before pursuing site cleanups for redevelopment;
New technical requirements for homebuilders, such as presumptive remedies/capping; and
Remedial Priority Ranking System of Sites.

$40 for members/$55 for non-members

A Continental Breakfast will be served. Registration begins at 8:30 am.
