The New Jersey Builders Association is pleased to offer the seminar, “Site Remediation – Your Basic Toolkit,” at Woodward & Curran (East Windsor).
Topics to be addressed include:
- Working with NJDEP and LSRPs in the changed site remediation landscape;
- LSRP Responsibilities and Oversight;
- Practical considerations before pursuing site cleanups for redevelopment;
- New technical requirements for homebuilders, such as presumptive remedies/capping; and
- Remedial Priority Ranking System of Sites.
