In 2011, the US Department of Justice promulgated rules on “Other Power Driven Mobility Devices” under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Attend this webcast and learn how the new rule applies to Federal, State, local, and privately owned lands as well as the assessment factors and public notice requirements under that Rule.
