Gritty Cities: Perth Amboy, Successful Redevelopment Initiatives (CM I 2.0)

ULI-NNJ will be hosting a workshop on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. aboard the 130 ft. Cornucopia Princess. The workshop will feature a presentation and tour by the City of Perth Amboy, which will showcase a number of redevelopment projects, along with a discussion of what worked, what didn’t work, and lessons learned.

As we set sail on the Raritan Bay, we will hear a presentation featuring select projects. Follow the presentation, we will enjoy a delicious networking reception. Light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
