COAH Round Three Continued: What’s in There, What’s Missing, and Where Do We Go From Here?

The Affordable Housing Professionals of New Jersey in collaboration with the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association is hosting an all-day symposium on the new proposed COAH Third Round Regulations.  The symposium will cover the following topics:

  • A brief history of COAH: 1999 to the present; 
  • Various perspectives on the proposed new rules, including municipal, developer, planning and legal perspectives;
  • Specific issues of concern for practitioners; and
  • How to advocate for changes to the proposed new rules.

Experts in these fields will all be joining us to speak on panels to address this timely topic.
