Jessica Giorgianni is a Senior Project Planner with H2M Associates, Inc., where she provides professional planning services to municipal and private sector clients in New Jersey and New York. Jessica serves as the Town Planner and the Planning/Zoning Board Planner to several northern New Jersey municipalities. She also works with municipal clients to create the plans and policies that guide their long-term future growth and development, including master plans, land use/circulation plans, sustainability plans, open space and recreation plans, environmental resource inventories, zoning ordinance rewrites/amendments, redevelopment investigations and redevelopment plans. In this capacity, she enthusiastically champions opportunities to promote environmental stewardship and creating places for healthy, vibrant communities. Her professional aspirations are influenced by her personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle of adventure travel, outdoor play, and physical fitness.
Jessica lives in downtown Jersey City where she enjoys convenient, walkable access to shopping and culture. She frequently escapes the city to visit New Jersey’s more rustic communities and invigorating natural parts.
Jessica is a member of the APA-NJ Chapter’s Transportation Committee and the recently established Hazard Mitigation and Recovery Planning Committee.
She received a Masters in City and Regional Planning (MCRP) from the Edward J. Bloustein School at Rutgers University (Concentrations: Housing & Real Estate and Urban Redevelopment) and a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology (ISAT) from James Madison University (Concentration: Environmental Science.)
