Description
The City of Paterson, the State’s third most populated municipality, seeks a Land Use Professional with a minimum of three years of experience and an undergraduate degree in either City Planning, Environmental Planning, Land Use Planning, Urban Planning or a closely related field. Must have a New Jersey Professional Planning License or the ability to obtain same within one year of hiring. Experience needed in writing development reviews for a Planning Board and/or a Zoning Board of Adjustment. Other additionally related planning and zoning assignments. Starting Salary is $75,000.
