As a Planner you will be a direct support for the firm’s Principals, providing a key leadership role at Topology. You will be a liaison between Project Principals and Staff Planners and may serve as a point of contact for clients where you will support the maintenance of those relationships. Additionally beyond oversight of Staff Planners, at times you will also take a lead role in producing content, land use reports, land development ordinance / redevelopment plan review, and deliverables on context sensitive matters. This role is considered to be public facing, and requires occasional presentations, engagement and deliverance of expert testimony at hearings. While assisting in the management of different projects you will have insight into project plans, schedules, and budgets and help coordinate internal and external team members. You will collaborate on quality control, design of our work product, and help ensure project completion on time and on budget.
Planners are crucial to the infrastructure of Topology. You are a consistent contributor and mentor to staff planners. As a Planner you embody Topology culture and values that represent the Topology brand while aligning the personal brand you create.
