Delaware River Basin Forum

The Delaware River Basin Forum is a free, one-day event addressing the sustainability of water resources of the Delaware River Basin. The purpose of the Forum is to heighten awarenesss of the challenges for water resouerce protection; to connect regional and local officials, planners, water suppliers, regulators, environmental organizations, and other stakeholders and basin-wide and local issues; and to create the framework for ongoing collaboration. The Forum will occur at six linked locations in the Basin simulataneously, with presentations and discussions focused on both basin-wide issues (e.g., population growth, water supply use, climate change, etc.) and local concerns. The Forum is sponsored by the Source Water Collaborative, an affiliation of 23 national organizations (including the American Planning Association) united to protect drinking water.
