BOCEP: Business Development for Planners (CM | 14.0)

Business Development for Planners is an introductory class that will provide planners that are new to consulting – or agency planners that want to learn the overall business development process – tools and techniques to build their business development skills, identify potential opportunities, and pursue business opportunities. This class will focus on how to pursue business with local and state agencies; however, general marketing skills and techniques can also be applied to the pursuit of private sector planning opportunities.
