DESCRIPTION:ULI-NNJ will be hosting a workshop on Thursday\, August 18\, 2011 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. aboard the 130 ft. Cornucopia Princess. The workshop will feature a presentation and tour by the City of Perth Amboy\, which will showcase a number of redevelopment projects\, along with a discussion of what worked\, what didn’t work\, and lessons learned. \nAs we set sail on the Raritan Bay\, we will hear a presentation featuring select projects.
