DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Urban Developer’s Night will be held Monday\, October 25\, 2010 at 5:00 PM at the Robert Treat Hotel\, Newark\, NJ. Last year we had over 30 display tables and over 250 attendees. \nSpeaker: Ted Zangari\, Member\, Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and Founder of Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition \nTopic: Closing The Redevelopment Financing Gap–Urban Transit Hub Tax Credit\,s ERGGs and More \nDisplay Tables:Urban Developers night last year was a great success and let’s make this even better. We need your help and support in both attendance & companies to buy display tables. If you know a developer\, investor\, architect\, engineer\, lawyer\, general contractor and any other professional who would be interested in displaying their urban property or service please invite them or reach out for Kurt Kalafsky or Ann Violette. \nThe table costs $350.00 which includes 2 free dinner tickets. Table Setup is from 4:00 to 5:00. \nEvent Sponsorship:The cost to sponsor this event is $500.00 which includes 2 free dinner tickets. We will have four event sponsors at every event.
