The Program Manager is responsible for implementing housing and economic development programs as part of the Trenton Neighborhood Initiative (TNI). TNI is a collaboration between Capital Health and Trenton Health Team to invest in transformative action in the neighborhoods surrounding the Capital Health Regional Medical Center. TNI will also foster systemic city-wide change to strategically improve Trenton’s housing system and to eliminate the risk of child lead poisoning from paint.

Under the Supervising Planner – Sustainability and Resiliency’s direction, the Senior Planner will work in the Middlesex County Office of Planning and will be responsible for the development, analysis and coordination of various environmental, sustainability and resiliency-based programming, projects and planning initiatives. A primary focus area of the Senior Planner will be resiliency planning.
