Mantua Township is seeking an experienced Land Use Coordinator and Land Use Board Secretary with excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to multi task in a high volume and heavy public contact office. Duties include accept and process approved zoning permit applications registration, licensing, invoicing of abandoned properties, correspond with the public to address questions and concern over land use matters and zoning, collect and process Zoning fees, attendance at all evening Land Use Board Meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, notice requirements, management of escrow accounts.
