APA-NJ’s quarterly publication, The Jersey Planner, features original and reprinted articles, letters, photos, news items from APA-NJ’s membership as well as around the country. It is meant to showcase, in an in-depth way, local and national planning stories, ideas, policies, and innovative planning techniques. You’ll find discussions of planning ethics, recent planning-related legislation, planning initiatives from around the globe, news and updates from the New Jersey Chapter, in-depth looks at hot planning topics, features on planners, bios of new Chapter board members, photos and news from our annual conference, write-ups of our events and walking tours, advertisements for upcoming events, the President’s Corner, and much more! We encourage all of our membership to contact us with ideas for content or to provide original content, and to use The Jersey Planner as a way to highlight all of the important planning-related work New Jersey’s planners are doing on the ground. We also encourage volunteers to join our Editorial Board to help find and provide content for the publication, as well as edit the final document.
