CME Associates seeks highly motivated individuals to fill Entry Level to Senior Level Planning positions in the Howell, NJ office. Specific tasks include master plans, zoning, affordable housing, land use planning and professional testimony, urban design, and redevelopment for private and municipal clients. Candidate should be knowledgeable with New Jersey Environmental and Planning statutes.
Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, practical experience such as facilitating public meetings and preparing and presenting reports and proposals using verbal, written, and graphic presentation skills. Strong public presentation and project management skills are essential.
For Entry to Mid-level roles a Bachelors degree in City and Regional Planning or related field, and a strong interest or knowledge of planning subject matter. Eligibility to sit for the P.P. and AICP exams within one year of employment is a plus.
For Senior roles a minimum of 10 years of experience; New Jersey P.P., and AICP is required.
For all positions Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) GIS and Photoshop computer experience is desired.
