Ray Tomczak has over sixteen years of diverse public and private planning experience conducting alternative analyses, feasibility studies, master plans, goods movement plans, traffic studies, environmental analyses, public policy position papers, and stakeholder involvement.
Prior to joining the private sector, Ray was a transportation planner in the New York City Planning Department and a community liaison/transportation policy advisor for New York City Council Member Kathryn E. Freed in Lower Manhattan. He is APA-NJ’s Transportation Planning Committee Chair.
Ray received a MS in Management and Urban Policy from the New School for Social Research in 1997.
