Darlene Green, PP, AICP

Darlene A. Green is a Senior Project Planner with Maser Consulting P.A., a multi-disciplinary consulting firm. Maser Consulting P.A. offers professional services in civil and municipal engineering, transportation planning, landscape architecture and professional planning. 

Darlene has experience in many aspects of professional planning in both the public and private sectors. Her ability to quickly grasp new concepts and social acumen has earned the respect of her clients who have come to rely on her support and advice. As a result, she has been chosen by clients for municipal appointments and mediation teams in lieu of more seasoned professionals.

Some of Darlene’s more notable projects include the Hazlet 2030 Vision Plan, a Streetscape Manual for the City of Nicosia, Cyprus and a Master Plan for the Town of Dujail, Iraq. She also authored the first Sustainable Economic Development Plan in the Highlands Region for the Borough of High Bridge.

Darlene has won both County and State planning awards. She won a 2010 NJPO Achievement in Planning Award and a 2010 Monmouth County Planning Board Award for the Hazlet 2030 Vision Plan. She also won a 2012 NJPO Achievement in Planning Award for the High Bridge Sustainable Economic Development Plan.

Darlene earned her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from Lehigh University in 2005 and her Masters in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 2007.
